During my tenure as a United States Magistrate Judge I was humbled and honored that parties frequently sought me out as their settlement judge.  Over 17 years, I conducted nearly 1000 settlement conferences and settled the vast majority of them.  And during my years as a federal judge, I presided by the parties’ consent in hundreds of civil cases.  With the litigation judgment that comes from this experience and through persistence and creative solutions, I helped litigants reach a satisfying resolution of their cases, a resolution that helped them move forward in their business and personal lives.  If I can help you, give me a call and we will get it done.
